The bill (Reg. No. 1460-1) suggests refining: definition of certain terms on seed raising; powers of bodies in this sphere of social relations; grounds for acquiring the right to produce and use seeds and planting material; as well as requirements on commercialization and certification of seeds and planting material.

This document is a regulatory act that aims to bring national legislation in the field of seed raising and crop growing in line with the EU requirements.
